Amy Colvin is the owner of Amy's Wicked Slush which is a popular business in Healsburg and another location in Ukiah.  Her description of a slush:  "picture a snowball of freshly fallen snow. Firm but flexible but not packed too hard, moldable and lickable.  Now picture that snowball the most beautiful raspberry pink,  sunset orange or deep purple.  Now imagine it tastes like ice-cold juicy watermelon, mango, black cherry or any of a dozen delicious flavors!"
